Jonathan Barnett
President and CEO, MBA, CFE
Jonathan Barnett is the President and Chief Executive Officer of BEFAST Software and a seasoned franchise leader with two decades of experience building and scaling home service systems.
Mr. Barnett is most widely known as the founder and CEO of Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, one of North America’s leading franchise brands, where he led the development of operational systems, automated performance tools, and franchise technologies that have reshaped how service brands operate. Under his leadership, Oxi Fresh has expanded to hundreds of locations and earned repeated recognition from industry and national media for innovation and franchise excellence.

Mr. Barnett’s firsthand experience with the limitations of traditional CRM and field service tools inspired the franchise-first design of BEFAST Software. He holds an MBA and has been featured in major business publications and media outlets for his entrepreneurial leadership and contributions to franchise operations.

Oxi Fresh prides itself on its national Scheduling Center. Operated from our Home Office in Denver, Colorado, the Scheduling Center is responsible for answering our franchisees phone calls. They schedule appointments, answer questions, and make sure customers get best possible service.

Behind the Scheduling Center is none other than Kelli Harbaugh, our Director of the Scheduling Center. For years she made sure our Customer Service Representatives provide excellent customer service and that calls are answered quickly and efficiently.
Thanks to her efforts, Oxi Fresh can proudly say that the Scheduling Center is the real “Heart of the Business.”
Part of the reason behind Kelli’s amazing track record is her familiarity with every part of the Scheduling Center. In 2010, Kelli first began work as a CSR. Just nine months later, she was promoted to a Team Lead and, from there, became the Scheduling Center Manager in 2014. Now she leads her team with energy, experience and eagerness.
When she’s not at work, Kelli loves spending time with her husband Scott and two sons, Jayden and Jace. They enjoy family time, DIY projects, and traveling.

His disciplined approach and commitment to emerging technologies ensure the consistent delivery of scalable, high-performing applications for the organization and its clients.
Larry Masters
Lead Software Developer
Larry Masters has well over two decades of experience in software development, system administration, and database design. He has been involved in Open Source development for many years and is a veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm, where he was an engineer in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Masters began leading software development for BEFAST Software in 2021, among many other notable ventures in the world of software development. His passion for excellence is evident in the code he writes and the time he’s dedicated to BEFAST’s growth.

Before joining BEFAST Software, Jorge Gonzalez developed wide-ranging experience in different positions, from development to consulting and management, allowing him to quickly understand problems and provide effective solutions. He loves to code and support his team mates. Mr. Gonzalez has spent years working on BEFAST Software’s development initiatives.

Amanda Goff has over twelve years of marketing and management experience. She has experience in team building, consultancy, strategic implementation, and more. Ms. Goff has been working on BEFAST Software for years and coordinates ongoing software development initiatives, helping keep complex projects on track.
